About Us
Integrity Services was established in 1987 with one mission:
to bring a reliable, high quality Appliance Repair Service to the East Valley area. Our owner retired as an aviation mechanic from the US Air Force and could not find reliable appliance repair near him. So he decided to start out fixing his own appliances, soon that turned to fixing his neighbors appliances until he had to open up a shop out of his garage. Slowly the business grew to where it is today. Now it is a family owned and operated business with both his sons and daughter working the business. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to set up shop, and continues to drive us to this day.

Yes we are, we started in 1987 in Mesa and moved down to Gilbert in 2009. We are proud to say that we are family owned and operated as well.

Does Integrity Services Offer Same-Day Repair Services?
Yes, we provide same-day or next-day appliance repair services whenever possible. We understand how disruptive a broken appliance can be, which is why we prioritize fast and efficient service. If you call early in the day, we will do our best to schedule a same-day visit. We carry most parts in stock in our trucks and have a warehouse on Ray and Power as well.
Is There a Warranty on Repair Services Provided by Integrity Services?
Yes, we cover:
1 Year Labor Warranty
1 Year Part Warranty - except on LG and Samsung it is 90 Day Part Warranty

If an issue reoccurs after our repair, we will return to diagnose and fix the problem at no additional cost within the warranty period.
