About Us

Integrity Services was established in 1987 with one mission: to bring a reliable, high quality Appliance Repair Service to the East Valley area. Our owner retired as an aviation mechanic from the US Air Force and could not find reliable appliance repair near him. So he decided to start out fixing his own appliances, soon that turned to fixing his neighbors appliances until he had to open up a shop out of his garage. Slowly the business grew to where it is today. Now it is family owned and operated business with both his sons and daughter working the business. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us to set up shop, and continues to drive us to this day.

We work on Major Appliances and Air Conditioning. Stoves, Dishwashers, Garbage Disposals, Ovens, Refrigerator, Washers, and Dryers.

Are you a locally owned business?

Yes we are, we started in 1987 in Mesa and moved down to Gilbert in 2009. We are proud to say that we are family owned and operated as well.

How quickly can you provide service?

We offer same-day/Next-day service for appliance repairs to ensure your appliances are up and running as soon as possible. We carry most parts in stock in our trucks and have a warehouse on Ray and Power as well.

What are your business hours?

We operate Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. Which ever is the most convenient for our customers.
