Alex was a great communicator and explained exactly what needed to be repaired with the washer. He also took the time to explain and show me how to maintain it for optimum performance. He was very personable and I felt at ease having him in my home. Definitely will use Elite again.

My home warranty company twice did not show up! i called Integrity and i need an oven. they came out in a day and diagnosed the issue. there was a part needed that was available. they returned in two business days to install. tech was knowledgeable and explained work he performed. they are on time and are dependable. thank you for getting out stove working.

Unlike previous experiences with repairmen who I always felt were trying to sell me on things I didn't need, or charge me for things under warranty, Integrity Services actually lives up to their name. I felt I could trust them right away (I've had them out twice now) and he explained everything thoroughly and actually gave me some ideas on a couple of free fixes I could do myself. He never tried to sell me anything, but he sold me anyway as I anticipate being a loyal customer for years to come and would like to utilize their annual maintenance package (that I only know about because I asked). I felt very comfortable having them in my home, and it's refreshing knowing that I don't have to have my guard up in anticipation of being scammed. It seems that competency and honesty are hard to find in the repair business, but Integrity Services clearly has both.
